Xavier Erickson to Finlandia University

The Springfield Pics are proud to announce the commitment of Xavier Erickson to Finlandia University of the NCHA, a proud member of NCAA Division 3 hockey. 

Erickson played one season with the Pics, attaining 11 points, scoring 7 goals and 4 assists in 31 games.

Rob Bonneau, Premier Head Coach and General Manager of the Pics was quoted at saying "Xavier came to our team this past season as an age out and had a tremendous training camp but was unfortunately injured before the end.  He worked extremely hard to get back in the lineup and scored some very big goals down the stretch. He is a very good skater who can score goals. Every team needs a player like Xavier. We wish him the best at school for the next four seasons and look forward to watching him play in college."
