Premiers defeat Bruins in a shootout

It was a busy 2nd period for both teams, but it took all the way to a shootout for the Pics to defeat the Bruins 4 - 3. 

Oliver Cookson scored at just over 8 minutes into the 2nd period. Connor O'Brien and Matthew Tullo each got assists. Xavier Erickson scored just over a minute later when he got feeds from Nicholas Lopes and Matt Pelletier.

The Bruins scored twice in under a 20 seconds to make it 3 - 2, but Julian Perino scored just over 3 minutes into the 3rd period to tie it up. Nicholas Lopes and Matthew Kowal each got assists.

Basarab and O'Brien each scored in the shootout, with Jonas turning away 3 out of 4 attempts for the Bruins in the win. Jonas stopped 48 out of 51 shots in the win.
