Pics Elite defeat Whalers 4 - 1

​Thomas Malatinec, ​Martin Rudolf, and ​Brigham Dubey all contributed in a victory against the Whalers, snapping a two-game skid.

Thomas Malatinec got the first goal of the game early on when he made a toss at the goal, and it slipped through the goaltenders' pad and post to make it 1 - 0. Nick Disanti and Matus Vojtech were credited with the assists.

The Whalers struck back, but ​Martin Rudolf responded twice in quick succession. Simon Higgins and Chris Foster both contributed to the goals.

​Brigham Dubey potted an empty net goal to seal the deal. Colin Sherwood stopped 39 out of 40 shots in the win.
