Donoghue nets first career hat trick, Pics win 3 - 1

The Bruins scored early in the 1st, but ​Sean Donoghue scored all three of the Pics goals to give the Pics the 3 - 1 victory on Wednesday afternoon.

The Bruins scored first early, and set the tone off a deflection goal, but the puck deflected off of ​Sean Donoghue's skate and went on in to tie the game up at 1.  Coleson Hanrahan and Tyler Wilson were credited with the assists.

Donoghue made it 2 - 1 just 5 minutes later when he grabbed his own rebound and made the second shot count. Wilson and  Nicholas Rodrigues got the assists.

Donoghue sealed the natural hat-trick, and the game when he sunk a point-blank shot from right in front of the net, as the Pics closed in the pentagon while on the powerplay. Wilson and  Connor O'Brien got the assists.

Ben Zaranek stopped 25 out of 26 shots for the win, putting him on a 4-game winning streak.
