Cyclones blow past Pics 4 - 2

The Cyclones had four early goals, three in the first period to set the tone early and skated away with the victory on Saturday afternoon.

Simon Higgins took away the shutout from the Cyclones early in the 3rd period on the shorthand when Matus Vojtech was able to poke the puck free from a Cyclones defender, and Higgins was able to one time it past the Cyclones goaltender to spoil the shutout.  Nick Zanin was credited with the secondary assist.

​Brigham Dubey cut the score in half just ten minutes later while going after the loose puck and was able to put it across the goal line. Vojtech and Chris Foster were credited with the assists.
