Pics sweep the Bruins

The Boston Bruins dropped the back half of the home and home to the Pics Sunday afternoon.

Gene Bouthiette notched seven points on the weekend, leading the Pics to the weekend sweep against the Jr. Bruins.

His first five points came from Saturday's 5-2 victory against the Bruins, in which he got two goals and three assists. His other two remaining points came on Sunday, in which he got a goal and assist.

Mike Wilson got six points against the Bruins. Two goal and two assists on Saturday. He got two assists on Sunday.

Noe Turdjmann got four points. Two assists and a goal on Saturday and one assist on Sunday.

Josh Miller got three. He got two assists on Saturday, and one on Sunday.

These two teams will meet again for another home and home on the weekend of January 12th, with the Pics being away from the friendly confines on the front end.

The Pics play next away from the friendly confines of the Olympia on Wednesday, against the South Shore Kings. The Pics play at home again for the last time of 2018 on Saturday the 15th against the Hartford Jr. Wolfpack.
