Coaches Bio :
Age 26. Graduated from East Longmeadow High School in 2002. Played 4 years of varsity hockey, Captain senior year. Graduated from Merrimack College in 2006 with a degree in Sports Medicine as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. Nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Coach in 2007 (CSCS). Played varsity lacrosse at Merrimack.

Coaching Experience:
1 year of strength and performance coaching experience at Velocity Sports Performance 2006-2007 working with youth level and professional level athletes. Trained one athlete playing for the Los Angeles Angles Major League Baseball team, one athlete preparing for the NFL’s pro combine and New York Jets pro day.

1 year coaching experience with the Western Mass Blades ’98 PeeWee Minor hockey team 2009-2010.
